Towards a Molecular Understanding Of Atmospheric Aerosols (MUOAA 2024)

The Molecular-Level Understanding of Atmospheric Aerosols (MUOAA 2024) workshop and school will take place from 1 - 5 April 2024 in Corsica Island, France. It will gather scientists involved in studying atmospherically relevant aerosols at a fundamental level in the laboratory, in the field and via advanced modelling techniques (from molecules to global scales).

The objective of this event is to provide a forum where recent advances, and identified needs, in relation to the molecular understanding of aerosol properties are presented and discussed. In fact, predicting climate at both short and long-time scales, health impacts of bad air quality, require this scale of understanding as atmospheric aerosols are key players that influence these processes.

This event will be supported by the CNRS under the frame of “Ecole Thématique du CNRS”, and accordingly costs will be waived for CNRS employees. The MUOAA 2024 is close to Easter on a very touristic island. Therefore, planning your venue well in advance is highly recommended.

The deadline for pre-registration is 1 December 2023 and can be initiated via the "My registration" button here.
