eLTER SPF Webinar: Costs for Sites and Platforms

Costs for running a Site or a Platform are a constant item on every Site and Platform Coordinator's desk. The information is also needed at the central eLTER level as part of the long-term financial planning of the RI. Therefore we are updating the cost estimates (last time done in 2020), and for that purpose, we have prepared a survey for all eLTER Sites and eLTSER Platforms. The survey will include two parts: an automated application (SO Costs app) to estimate the costs related to eLTER Standard Observation measurements, and an online questionnaire to collect information on general costs related to upgrading and running the Site/Platform. To launch the survey, we are organising a dedicated SPF webinar on 4th April 2024 at 10:00 CET.
