6th European Climate Change Adaptation Conference 2023
The 6th European Climate Change Adaptation Conference (ECCA) will take place on 19 - 21 June 2023 in Dublin and online.
The Joint Programming Initiative "Connecting Climate Knowledge for Europe" (JPI Climate), together with the MAGICA project, supported by the European Commission, is organising this edition of ECCA. It will be an in-person event over two days with live streaming of all plenary sessions and interactive hybrid formats.
The following topic themes will be covered during the ECCA:
- Stepping Up Climate Action: Support Through Climate Platforms and Services
- Adaptation Responses to Sea Level Rise and Coastal Change
- Nature-Based Solutions for Climate Change Adaptation
- Preparing for More Frequent and Severe Climate Extremes
- Reframing Societal Transformation by Challenging Underlying Assumptions
- Climate and Social Resilience of Future Energy Infrastructure and Systems
